    Brief introduction: Designed and synthesized a new thiophene ethynylene molecule. Studied the photodynamic therapeutic properties of photosensitizer by in vitro experiments of gram-positive bacteria (staphylococcus aureus) and gram-negative bacteria (escherichia coli).
